Featured Functions

Bidirectional Power Flow with Fast Switching
The SXN63 Series integrates source and sink functions and provides high-speed source/sink current-mode transitions. It switches rapidly between sourcing and sinking current to effectively prevent voltage or current overshoot.
Oscilloscope View of Solar Array Simulation Curves in Real Time
The SXN63 Series includes built-in EN 50530 and Sandia solar array simulator (SAS) models for simulating solar-array I-V and P-V curves. After the user enters the required parameters, the instrument generates and outputs the curves to evaluate an inverter’s static and dynamic maximum power point tracking (MPPT) efficiency. An oscilloscope-style view displays the I-V/P-V curves and the current operating point in real time.

Battery Simulation Mode
The power supply is embedded with multiple battery models to accurately simulate battery charge discharge characteristics.
It comes with nearly 10 built in battery output models, including lithium manganate, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium iron phosphate, NCM lithiumion, lithium titanate, lead acid, NiMH and NiCd. It can simulate battery charge discharge behaviors. Meanwhile, it supports user defined battery parameter configuration, facilitating various tests for BMS, OBC, PCS and other products.
Battery Charge Discharge Mode
The power supply features a battery charge discharge operating mode and can perform charge discharge tests when connected to battery loads. During charging, it operates in constant current mode first and then switches to constant current constant voltage mode until the cutoff current, time or capacity threshold is reached. For discharging, constant current discharging is applied until cutoff voltage, time or capacity limit is triggered. It delivers accurate full process charge discharge control to meet requirements for battery performance testing and aging tests.

Color touchscreen combined with physical keys for intuitive and comfortable operation.
The touchscreen displays real-time voltage, current, power, and setpoints at a glance. Physical keys enable quick power control, mode switching, and parameter entry. Designed for both prolonged testing and high-frequency production use.
Load Operation Mode
Under Load Operation Mode, users can set parameters such as voltage, current, power and resistance, and switch among eight modes: CC, CV, CP, CR, CVCC, CVCR, CCCR and AUTO. The unit can run with constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant resistance or composite characteristics, meeting the requirements for charge discharge testing and aging tests of power supplies, batteries, PCS and other products.

Sequence Test Mode with Flexible, Automated Multi-Parameter Programming
In sequence test mode, users can program voltage and voltage changes, current and current changes, power, operating mode, dwell time, and other parameters. The instrument automatically executes the programmed steps for automated testing, burn-in, and related applications.
Graphical PC software provides convenient access to sequence testing, PV simulation, and related functions.
Parallel Operation for Power Expansion
When higher output power is required, units with the same rating can be connected in parallel. Setup is simple, while hardware synchronization provides accurate and reliable operation.
